The whole experience was my favourite! But if I had to pick one thing, it would certainly be the level of trust I have with not only Jon and Lyndsey, but with the whole team. They always treated me like part of the family and never made me feel like my questions were silly. Even when I’d call them several times a day! I wouldn’t hesitate to build another Hotondo Homes Central Coast house (in fact I will build with them again!)
When we walked into our first Hotondo appointment and heard Shay's 'Fast and Furious-esque' mentioning of the Hotondo Family, we jumped into a speeding car trusting Shay (Dom Toretto) in the race of a lifetime. Exaggerations aside, we went from freshly meeting the Hotondo family to a signed house and land package in about three weeks (we were going on a five-week international holiday with no guarantee the FHOG would remain the same when we returned). The peace we had from the moment we laid down our deposit and being able to go on holidays knowing our home was sorted was amazing. We are so thankful for everyone's efforts in pulling off this feat!
My experience with Hotondo Homes on the Sunshine Coast was fantastic. It was the first time I have built a house and Alyssa helped me from the start, from researching land for me to designing a beautiful home. Anything I didn’t understand, she explained it in layman’s terms. The fixtures and fittings are high quality and the finishes are exemplary. She listened to my vision and made suggestions to make it a reality within my budget.
